With my unique skill set and commitment to both business and social good, my aim is to make a lasting difference for my clients!

Why Me?

I am a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, with nearly 30 years of experience in property within the private sector, alongside ten years in senior management roles in the VCSE, (voluntary, community and social enterprise) sector.

​

With a broad and diverse background, I bring a wealth of knowledge in working collaboratively with clients to resolve challenges, develop innovative solutions, and enhance organisational resilience.

Now a freelancer, I focus on projects where I can make a meaningful impact, and I’m proud to contribute even more as an Operational Development Partner for the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales.

My Career 

1990-2004

Undertook a number of roles within various regional and corporate property companies.

2004- 2014

Founded my own property management company. Selling it to a competitor following a decade of success.

2014-2017

Joined the 'Citizens Advice' service as a volunteer Advisor, serving three years.

2017 - 2024

Held senior management positions with two prominent non-profit organisations. 

2024 - current

Freelance Consultant & Operational Development Partner for Lloyds Bank Foundation
